Review: I had placed an order with this company in mid-April. It is now The last week of May. The payment was made to them on time, and at the full requested amount. After a couple of weeks, I began to wonder why I had not received the order yet. I emailed the business, but never received a response. The funny part about it is that they emailed me about a separate order that was in my shopping cart. What kind of company doesn't answer any emails from a paying customer, but will not hesitate to send an email about having a second potential order? My answer: only this business. I have attempted to call the business on at least 15 different occasions, on different days, and at different times of the day. I have also left several messages with them. Every time that I call, I still hear that the "magic jack customer I'm trying to reach is unavailable." It's ridiculous that I can't get a response or refund out of these guys. This is by far the worst customer service that I have ever experienced, and I will encourage everyone to refrain from doing business with them in the future. This complaint is the last step before legal action, which I have already made clear in the last email and voicemail messages that I sent to them. My guess is that they won't respond to anything. I'm a very nice and patient person, but this company has seriously upset me, and displeased me far beyond anything that I could've imagined. I will never go back to this company with my money, and I would advise anyone else who values their hard-earned money, or time, to refrain from placing an order with them as well.Desired Settlement: I would like the items that I ordered to be delivered to me as it was supposed to be originally. If that cannot be done, then I would like a full refund.

Review: Placed an order online from website www.munchiessweetsandtreats.com on 4/13/2013. Order #AB-23079. Ordered product #6984 (2)Halls Naturals Honey Center Harvest Peach Cough Drops ($38.29 each)and Peanut Butter Chocolate Fudge ($5) totaling $81.58 + 9.95 S&H totaling $91.53. Discover Card charged $91.53 on 4/13/2013. I tried to resolve matter. Called ###-###-#### on 5/7/13 @4:11PM (EST)and left a message asking for product. Had not received it but billed for it. Answering message from magicjack customer stated they "could not take calls at this time." Called same number again on 5/8/13@10:36 AM (EST). Same message on answering machine. Called again on 5/8/13 @ 7:40 PM (EST) message said "This magicjack customer cannot take calls at this time. The mailbox was full and cannot take new messages.Desired Settlement: If I cannot get the product, I want a full refund.

Review: I ordered over $140 of candy from them. I never received the candy, but my credit card was charged the full amount. I emailed and contacted them through the site on 4 separate occasions and called twice. The number on the site is also false. Then, upon visiting their Facebook page, I learned, sadly, that there are many victims of fraud by them. My credit card company can't do anything until a week has gone by. Meanwhile they have my money and credit info. DO NOT purchase anything from this site!Desired Settlement: I would like my credit card credited for the amount. I received no product and they should receive no money.

Review: Ordered candy, company charged credit card, never received candy. Will not return emails or telephone calls.Desired Settlement: Would prefer refund, but hesitant to give them card information again.

Review: I placed an order on 12/24/2013 for $57.45 and this amount was deducted from my checking account a few days later. I have not received my merchandise. I have sent several e-mails and tried contacting Munchies Sweets & Treats using their online "contact us" form. I have gotten no responses. The phone number listed on their website does not work. They have taken my money and I don't believe Munchies Sweets & Treats has any intentions of shipping my order. I would appreciate your help in either getting my money back. I have order confirmation and check registry showing where Munchies Sweets & Treats took my money. Thank you for your assistance.Desired Settlement: I want the entire amount of $57.45 refunded to me.

Review: I placed an order on 7/3/2013 for $52.25. Munchies has not sent my order nor can I reach them by phone or e-mail. However, they have taken my money because it cleared my bank on July 8th. I have continued with out success to try to make contact and now that I have check the Revdex.com website, I can see that Munchies must be a crooked company. It seems that many people are having the same problem as I am. How can this bunch be allowed to stay in business when they are cheating their customers. I wish I ha checked the Revdex.com before I placed the order.Desired Settlement: I either want the product delivered ASAP (FEDEX) or I want my money refunded. I would also like to see this companies website taken down so no one else has to go through what those of us have had to endure.

Review: The first online order I placed arrived without issue. The second order placed on Feb 6, 2013, has yet to arrive. My account was debited but I have not received the goods I ordered. The phone number listed on my invoices - ###-###-#### - is never answered. Voicemails are never returned. Email messages sent to [email protected] are also never returned. I want my money back. Period.Desired Settlement: I want my money back.

Review: Placed order on 05/25/2013 and as of 06/14/2013 I have yet to receive my merchandise. I have called numerous time and get a recording the the Magic Jet customer is not available. I have left several messages, but have never received a return call. I have also emailed them 3 times with no response. Not sure how to get my money back, I will contact my credit card company today. My Order # is AB-23416Desired Settlement: I would like my money refunded in the amount of $44.05

Review: I placed an order on 6/4/13 and have yet to receive any shipping estimate on this order as of 6/17/13. I sent a message via the site contact page on 6/12/13 to ask for information. I again sent a message via email asking for a response and shipping estimate. I have had zero response from the company.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of the full amount charged ($140.88) immediately or a shipment of the product via express delivery and shipped immediately.

Review: I ordered some candies on January 7, 2014. As of today (January 28), the order shows online as "new" when it should have shipped days ago. Payment of the order was made by credit card (VISA) and the amount was cashed by Munchies. I have complained by e-mail (no answer) and by telephone (line is not in service) to no avail. I wonder if Munchies is still in business. If they cannot fulfill the order, they should refund my payment.Desired Settlement: Cancel the order and refund my payment.

Review: I've ordered candy online from this company and have not received any product. The money has been withdrawn from my account. I have not received any response to email and the phone number they have on their website is not in service.Desired Settlement: I would like to have my money back. $120.42 withdrawn 1/7/14

Review: I ordered a box of Stride Sweet Cinnamon Gum on 01/09/14. The total of the order was $30.17. I never received my gum and the phone is not a good number. When you dial it 805-354-1994 a recording comes on saying the magic jack customer is not available. I have no way to get in contact with this company. I tried calling information and they had the same phone number I had.Desired Settlement: I would like my gum or I would like my money back.

Review: I ordered a hard to find candy item, 2 boxes of reception sticks. Order # AB-[redacted]. I was charged for the items immediately ($45) and never received the item. Zero efforts were made to return my emails/calls/etc. I will be refuting these charges and demanding my money back.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund. Even that does not cover the hassle and aggravation this company has caused.

Review: I purchased an order on 12/6/2013 Order number AB-24084 of $58.44 for 3 boxes (24ct) of Malibu liquor chocolate and 10 Jones De pia pure cane sugar sodas. I received the confirmation immediately saying I would later receive a shipping confirmation email, but I never received it or the items. Their number is disconnected and they do not respond to emails or messages.Desired Settlement: I want a refund for this order in full. I also want someone to shut this place down because now that I read about this place after the inconvenience, I see that everyone is dealing with the same exact process. Why are businesses like his allowed to keep running if they don't ever send out the product they are getting paid for?
