My family member purchased for me a 3mths subscription as a giftThe order was placed Dec 18/and the tracking slip received stated shipped Jan 6/days to process the orderIt is over days from order date and I have yet to receive my 1st mthI have asked the company to refund my family member and cancel the order They stated all sales are finalThey should in good faith cancel the order and refund my family member since product has not been received The customer service is lacking in this company and poor business practise - taking days to fulfill an orderThey did offer to ship a replacementBut when having experienced such painful service from this company I d rather not have to deal with them again

Earlier this year I ordered a MunchPak My 1st MunchPak arrived quickly, but after sampling the different snacks in the box I decided I no longer wanted to subscribe I sent in two different email request to cancel further shipments Within less then weeks another shipment arrived even though I had requested that no further shipments be made There is no Customer Service phone so a number of emails were sent requested credit No luck Be aware that all correspondence must be done by email and they refuse to credit any account once they ship out a box even if you cancel prior to date of shipment I would not recommend this service to anyone If there is a problem I want to speak with a real person, nit exchange email This is a good example of a company with extremely poor customer service

I came across this Revdex.com page for MunchPak while browsing the net and after being a little shocked with the reviews, I thought I would chime in with my opinionI have been a MunchPak subscriber for over a year and have always had an outstanding experience when dealing with MunchPakIn fact, the way they go above and beyond to help their customers is really one of the things that keeps me around as a subscriberThey are always quick to respond through social media and through their websiteI would absolutely recommend checking them out!

It is over 30 days from order date and I have yet to receive my 1st mth. I have asked the company to refund my family member and cancel the order. They stated all sales are final. They should in good faith cancel the order and refund my family member since product has not been received. The customer service is lacking in this company and poor business practise - taking 19 days to fulfill an order. They did offer to ship a replacement. But when having experienced such painful service from this company I d rather not have to deal with them again.

Just to state, if I could have given them less stars I would, they don't deserve a star. I signed up for MunchPak for my daughter, we were receiving another one, but it was to pricey for only getting one country at a time. Thought this was neat because there's snacks all over the world, and you can track everything you've had with a little app. First box came in pretty quickly, so I had high hopes. When the next month came around and there was an error with tracking and actual shipping I figured stuff happens, I'll email them. They were nice, generic VERY GENERIC in their response. Box arrived a couple days later, all is right with the world. Fast forward to present day, EVERY SINGLE MONTH, I have to contact them about the same thing, every time it's a generic response, they aren't even reading the email to help you just going off of one of the pre-selected topic you're allowed to choose from when going through the website to contact them. There is no number, the chat service is never available, even their social media when they respond is again generic. You can't even log-in to your account from the website because the log in page only reloads itself, I'm convinced at this point that it's there for show and nothing else.
I'm searching for another snack box subscription for my daughter now because I can't stand seeing my money go to a company who could care less about you.

I love Universal Yum.. cheaper but it is only one Country per box.. I love them.. I hated Munch pak it was tiny samples

My order has taken 24 days from confirmation of order until today when I still have not received the Munckpak. This place is a scam. There is no number to call and the "support team" have simply stopped responding to my emails.

I have been trying to use a gift care given to me for months. Their website keeps saying coupon code not valid. I've tried working through their customer service and doing an order by phone and they said they don't do that. Seems the money my co-workers spent is gone and they do not care about taking care of their customers.
