July 30, 2015Dear [redacted] : Our company extends a Manufacturer's Limited Warranty of one year from delivery date of the home, in this case April 2, The consumer received a copy of that warranty in addition to warranties for manufacturers of various components used in the construction of the consumer's home.To our knowledge, no warranty claim was filed pertaining to the roof shingles or ventilation system.The ventilation design for the roof meets established code requirements for air flowNo detail is provided in the complaint regarding the determination by her repair person of “improper ventilation”The claim is generally vague about the source of the issues which makes it impossible to respondThere is a shingle limited warranty and a procedure for filing a claimWe will provide guidance to the complainant in filing a claim with the manufacturer of the shinglesSincerely yours, Richard SGeneral Manager
