Hello, Our company provided a small carpet repair for this customer almost four months agoUnfortunately, we cannot provide a life time warranty on a small carpet repair job, especially when the carpet is being used on a regular basisMoreover, the customer called our office last Sunday which is not our business hours and left a messageOn Monday she already filed a complaint without giving us a chance to call her back to try to resolve the issueAlthough it is not under warranty and long past the service was rendered, we still tried of good faith to reach out to the customer and resolve the issue directly through our companyThe customer originally agreed to our offer but in fact filed a complaint with the Revdex.comWe feel that our communication with this customer is now over and our good faith offer is now withdrawn Thank you,

They should have sent someone to evaluate the problem before trying to force me to take down the claimWe are not asking for a lifetime warranty but at least a service that will last more than a couple of monthsThey should have send someone to fix the problem/assess the situation and even offered to discount services if the "warranty" had expired because their work order slips do not specify the amount of time that their service is warrantied forIf I was to remove the claim, who is to say they would have done anything to remedy the problemWe also called on several occasions, not just the one that they got the message finally and then called back only after receiving the claim from the Revdex.comWe spoke with two gentlemen on different occasions that was to call us back with answers about warranty, service, etcand never received a call backHow many other claims have been filed and removed because they blackmail people into removing their claim before they will fix their product/service?

I am quite surprised by Mundae's response. 
I gave Mundae 2 weeks to respond, but they called me after that time period, unfortunately at that time I was out of country. I also believe that the phone is not the only mean of communication. 
After I filed the complain with the Revdex.com, Mundae contacted me by phone. They asked me to remove the complain and in return they would refund the asked amount. My respond to that was, if they would just pay me the problem would be solved anyway. Mundae explained that it would be still visible on the Revdex.coms website that there was a complain and this is not in their interest. I refused to do that, because I would have no guarantee that after I removed my complain they would fulfill their part.  
Obviously they were not pleased, as you san see in their response through Revdex.com.
Let me also mention that we got in touch with Mundae through Groupon and we believed at that time, that we purchased a service from the company called Fresh Air Duct Services as advertised. Had we known that Mundae was the one doing the job, considering what kind of reviews they have on the internet, we would have never purchased that Groupon.  
At the end, I don't understand how they can consider the case closed when they charged me the service they never provided (fogging). It is true that I interrupted the process, but that happened before the fogging even started, which is clearly visible from the bill. "Customer doesn't want Fogger treatment"
If my complain can not be resolved through Revdex.com than the Small Claims Court will resolve this matter.

The customer had purchased a discounted carpet cleaning offer. The offer had fine print details on it explaining that excessive stains will not be covered. The technician explained to the customer of the carpet condition and informed her of the steps to be taken in order to resolve it. The customer...

declined any additional charges or services for stain and odor treatment. The customer is not entitled to any refund and no refund will be issued.

Mundae cleaning service was hired to perform an air duct cleaning service for Mr. [redacted]. While the job was in process the customer followed our technicians around during every step and procedure.
There was a point in time when he followed one of our technicians into the attic. He accused the...

company of not being thorough due to the fact that one of our crew members was in the attic while the other was getting equipment from the truck. He was advised at this point that the job was being completed correctly. It happens sometimes where customers feel they are paying for two people vs a cleaning service. We explained kindly that his concerns about the level of service and care he was receiving were baseless.
He let us continue to do the air duct cleaning. Towards the end of service, the customer asked us to stop working. He claimed that he was not satisfied and gave the same reasons again and the service men had no choice but to leave the property.
When he called our office, he asked for a different crew to come out. We sent a supervisor to finish the project at the point the previous crew stopped.
He stated to our supervisor at the next meeting that he wanted the entire work started over. Our supervisor let him know that he would be starting working from the interrupted point. The customer was assured that after this was completed the entire scope of work would be re-checked.
The customer refused this offer. Mundae cleaning services has tried now on two occasions to fulfill the contracted work were we were hired to do.
We know the claims to be unreasonable and based on his opinions on how we should have operated. We know our efforts have been interrupted and our hands are tied in this matter.
Our manager has made clear intentions to make the customer happy. We have left several messages in order to get the matter resolved without the Revdex.com involvement and the customer has been uncooperative. At this point, under no circumstances we will make a third trip or offer a refund.
