Cesar R. contacted me and wanted to purchase some gemstones that I have. But first I had to purchase two ring settings to put the stones in. Received the settings and heard from the person that was going to pick up the stones and settings. Then nothing.
Finally got a hold of Cesar R. and he said the deal was no longer valid.
Asked when I could return the ring settings and get my money back and was told that he was working on that.
Then nothing. Can not get a hold of Cesar R. or Mundano Group.
