I took my vehicle to the local dealership for an oil change I was informed that I needed worth the work to be done on it I declined, as I always do, and asked around for a good recommendation Mundelein Automotive came up as a very reliable shop and good people to do business with They repaired my vehicle for under and informed me that none of the other work needed to be done that the dealership quoted me onWhat a pleasant surprise I now have a honest reliable shop to take my cars to for repair work I was very impressed with Jamie at the service counterHe has great people skills and Mike the mechanic, equally with the people skills, that actually fixed my car I then met Rob, the ownerWe chatted a bit on how hard it is to get good honest people to do the job and not everything else that isn't brokenI will return here always and recommend them to my family and friends They also provided me with a ride to and from my home as I live locally
I started going to Mundelein Automotive, Incwhen I moved here years agoThey've always done excellent work, and they have a low turn-over rateI TRUST them to replace or fix only what is neededRob, the owner, is a local guy, and I see him around town all the timeI like to support really good local businessesStaff is always friendlyI won't go anywhere else(They also send out coupons!)
