I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # ***.
[** from Olympus group fails to take any responsibility in his actions which were unprofessional and unacceptable to me as an owner at *** which is paying monthly fees to Olympus to provide a service. My request for income and expenses financial statements for *** in March of does not seem to be an extraordinary request from a management company. For ** to explain to me that those documents are no longer available seems to be a blatant lie in the fact that a neighbor requested these same documents and ** from Olympus group provided the income and expenses to that neighbor, again, AFTER, I requested them via telephone from Olympus. I don't see how I am accused of harassment when all I was asking for was the same document ** provided a neighbor at a later date. ** was unhappy that I called him out on his lack of competency in not providing and not having a record of the income and expenses months into 2018. I am unaware of any policy that states owners should download and save these documents within a certain time period after the close of a year. income and expenses financial reports for a condo association would be an item a management company would have a copy of for 3-years in most cases. This whole incident is a disgrace.]

This gentleman is a resident of the [redacted] Condominium Association managed by Olympus Group Management.The association pays Olympus Group for a fixed amount of cloud storage, so older files are routinely deleted from the cloud portal made available to the residents as newer files are...

added.  Mr. [redacted] was unhappy to learn that the documents he wanted were no longer available, since he did not download them when they were available.  We did inform him that our system showed he received one document via his email address so that document would be available in his email archive.  He hasn't informed us if he located that document.As to the other document, we are processing Mr. [redacted]'s sale per our standard company policy, which includes providing all the documents that the association makes available to any owner, and all the legally required documents in the resale certificate that will be issued once we receive Mr. [redacted]'s request.  Should Mr. [redacted]'s closing attorney require further documents to complete this sale beyond those offered by the association or required by Rhode Island law, we informed Mr. [redacted] we would be happy to assist as needed, once contacted by his attorney.Respectfully,

** from Olympus Group management is not being 100% forthcoming in regards to my issue with their company. During our phone conversation, ** told me a few documents weren't on the cloud anymore, which is what I had to tell him repeatedly until he finally just hung up the phone on me.  I told ** I needed a few of the documents that were no longer there to facilitate the sale of my condo.  He ignored my requests and ultimately received these documents from another resident at the condo who received them from ** AFTER I requested them.  Olympus was completely uncooperative, incompetent and unprofessional.  It's a disgrace that this company is paid for a service from my now former condo association at [redacted] and treats customers in this manner as well as the poor level of management.  It defies logic that Olympus Group has an A+ rating on Revdex.com.Sincerely,[redacted]]

Mr. [redacted] is simply unhappy about his failure to obtain necessary documents when they were available to him, and his admitted failure in being unable to harass an employee of Olympus Group into covering for his own mistake.  A review of his file shows that Olympus Group processed his sale transaction consistent with the association's and our company's policies.
