Yes she did purchase a 2004 Suzuki Verona off of us in July 2016. First of all she couldn't get a loan . I have guaranteed financing here. Then she couldn't come up with the full down payment so I personally guaranteed half of her down payment. Took her two weeks to pay the other half. I purchased a...
90 day/ 4500 mile drivetrain warranty at the dealership expense. I put these warranties on all my cars for extra insurance. After all these are used cars. She made several statements after wards she didn't like the car. When she started having trouble with it I repairer everything at my dealership cost. Unfortunately the transmission start slipping. The warranty covered everything but a $100.00 dollar deductible. She signed several AS IS papers , so I didn't legally have to do anything I did for her. On her warranty contract which she has a copy and was explained to it tells her all about the $1250.00 limits. Again this warranty was paid for by my dealership. So she had her transmission fix, and as far as I know it cost her $100.00 out of pocket. I have all the documents backing me up. I've helped a lot of people out of this dealership , not only purchasing cars or repairing them. I talked to the shop that repaired her transmission. The warranty company sent them the transmission at no cost and the labor bill was $505.00 minus the customers $100.00 deductible which they didn't get paid yet. I think I've been more than fair to this customer.
