Review: Paid approximately 4800 total for landscaping work to be done. They had to be called after the initial work because half the work ordered was not completed. In the end the owner operator did not provide items paid for like weed barriers on the beds of stone in the front of the property which I was charged for, they did not refurbish all the beds of stones as discussed, they then mutilated my lawn both in the front yard and the back in a way that now poses injury risk to both my 3 year old son and my pets in the process of installing 4 trees which are not the height I paid for (requested 12 ft trees, paid for 12 foot trees and received 9-11 ft trees instead). They left the trees with insufficient coverage of the roots where some roots are exposed and the fact they did not bury them correctly now causes large amounts of water to accumulate around the bases which will cause the trees roots to rot not to mention the trees are now crooked. I have spoken to them repeatedly about correcting these issues, however they either do not come when scheduled or they fail to respond to calls and text messages. Original work was done on May 12 and they have failed to rectify the issues since then seemingly stringing me along until I stop chasing them. Unfortunately they took advantage of my wife and took her check for payment without completing the work or allowing me to inspect it before requesting payment.Desired Settlement: I believe they need to come back and complete the work to my satisfaction or provide a refund of approximately half of the amount paid since that is the level of service I received. I am considering filing a lawsuit against them and am exploring my options in that scenario.
