As of 5:30 PM Monday July 18, Mungenast Alton Toyota has reached out to Mr [redacted] via phone and text in an effort to remedy this situation. After we make contact with Mr [redacted], Mungenast Alton Toyota will send a driver and a loaner vehicle to Springfield Illinois to pick up...
the Camry and bring it back to the dealership. We will make the necessary repairs and return the vehicle back to Mr [redacted]. The Parts manager has received photos of the concern from Mr [redacted] and will work with the General Manager to ensure the customer is satisfied with the repairs.
