Mungenast Motorsports has been very helpfulI finally established a communication link with the Honda Dealer and moved forward with a purchase of a used bikeI appreciate the help, however, expereinced some disappointment when I was not able to get back in contact

Our General Manager spoke with this customer by phone and apologized for any miscommunications or delay in accommodating her requestA check for a full refund on both the cancelled warranty and pre-paid maintenance agreement was put in the mail to her on October 20th
