We regret to hear of a customer’s dissatisfaction with any aspect of our businessUnfortunately, we believe we would be unable to satisfy this particular customer where the buyer’s desired resolution would cause significant and unrecoverable financial loss to our businessWe have also already gone
to great lengths to satisfy the customer’s needs including paying two employees overtime to come in on a Saturday when our Service Department is closed to address another issue they had with their vehicleIt was at this time that the customer initially expressed buyer’s remorse for their purchaseThe customer’s specific complaint this time is in regards to an Airbag recall where Mercedes Benz is not currently providing a remedy due to the sheer volume of vehicles affected by this issueThere are over million affected vehicles presently on the streets in the United States, spread across different manufacturers (and growing)When parts are available, the customer will be notified and the repair performed free of chargeThere are currently GL models alone within the manufactured time period for sale in the US by private party, independent and national franchise dealers alikeIn short, vehicles with this particular issue are bought and sold daily, if not hourly, at all levels of the automotive landscapeThis is not shady business practice it is just one of the facts of the automotive industry. The customer alleges that their salesman told them their vehicle had no recalls and “withheld” the Carfax from themOur sales representative disputes this claim and states they were shown the CarfaxWe would like to point out that ALL of our vehicles are posted online with a FREE Carfax available with the click of a buttonThere is nothing hidden or withheldIf the customer would like to trade their GL back into the dealership, we would be happy to help them facilitate that transaction

Takata  "Defect Information Report"  . In a crash where the air bag system deploys, the air bag inflator housing may rupture. In the event of an inflator rupture, metal fragments could pass through the air bag material, which may result in injury or death to vehicle occupants. See Mercedes/ Takata  Recall. Despite MUNICHs false claim that we were given the carfax by MUNICH before purchase- this did not happen.  Sadly we went on  Josh’s verbal (false) report of the Carfax.  Josh did go out of his way to specifically mention "no recalls" "no accidents" for this car.  ALL MUNICH DOCUMENTS ATTACHED.   We became aware of the recall on 4/29.  Shortly after we were advised of the Dangerous defect we called MUNICH to discuss this. Please See  Carfax attached dated 4/29.     MUNICH argues this car and its car fax were online prior to sale. We viewed this car on the lot only -and not online- as MUNICH is fully aware. Per MUNICH they have “gone to great lengths to satisfy” us. When we called about the recall we were told too bad “it is your car now”.    At the time of sale we were given a “WE OWE” work order. This was not MUNICH doing us a favor after the fact; it was a repair MUNICH offered to do in effort to sell the car. Please see “WE OWE” DOCUMENT.   If cannot get our car back and be made whole then We as the buyers will have suffered “significant and unrecoverable financial loss” because of MUNICHs “shady” (per MUNICH) fraudulent business practices. I have reviewed the response where MUNIC states :  If the customer would like to trade their GL back into the dealership, we would be happy to help them facilitate that transaction” I am agreeable to trade back SPECIFICALLY for my 2014 Buick Enclave (We traded vehicle for vehicle and we hold the balance of the loan) CONTRACT ATTACHED. At that time I will consider this complaint resolved. [redacted]

In October of 2014 I purchased a 2011 3 series BMW from MUNICH MOTORS and they were great. I have put on over 6000 miles on it and I have had LOT of fun driving it. I realize that people go to the Revdex.com site to register complaints. I am not that guy in this case!! the staff was very helpful and helped me make a great choice for my needs. I would recommend this dealership[ to anyone looking to get a BMW or Mercedes Benz.

Anytime I have needed them *which has been 3 different emergency situations*, they have always been there.
I first brought [redacted] my [redacted] for a simple oil change, considering his price is THE BEST in town!.
The next services I needed were a little more substantial, but nothing these guys couldn't handle. They do EVERYTHING Performance, Modification, Routine Service they are a true 1 stop shop with some of the best customer service I have ever had.
They have always accommodated my time, they can work with the modifications on my vehicle, and they have diagnosed AND fixed every problem I have brought to them.
I know everyone will say, Best Prices and Best Service. But that is an understatement for these guys. They really are top notch and so under rated! Do not hesitate to take your car to them. They are 10x better and more affordable them [redacted]!

I have been buying cars for about 44 years and I can tell you won't find a better dealership then Munich Motors. They have the best used cars, the best prices and the best service you will find anywhere. The owners and all the employees are the best. They greet you by name and really care about their customers. They all have a lot of experience in the car business and have the training to ensure your car is fixed right the first time. Plus it will be at a cheaper price then anyone else. One visit to this dealership and you won't go anywhere else for buying or repairing cars. By far the best I have ever had in my 44 years of buying a car.
