Mrs [redacted] contacted the credit union about her account on 3-1-She stated $was taken from her accountIt was disclosed to Mrs [redacted] that the $was a fee for a check paid on 2-28-18, check number 1411in the amount of $100.This item was manually posted to her account and not returned as NSF drawing her account into the negativeShe replied the fee was not correct and that her balance was$183.86,which she was viewing through her online bankingIt was stated to Mrs***, that the online banking balance was reflecting the correct information as far as balance, but not the available balance at the time the check tried to clear her accountTrying to help her understand this was a challenge since online banking did not reflect those pending debit card transactions against the balance she was viewingMrs [redacted] was asked to come in and speak to an account representative, so we could go over her transactions with herShe did not want to and wanted an answer as to why her balance reflected$183.86, but the credit unions records reflected a different balanceWe explained to her once again it was because of pending debit card transactionsShe continued to insist the credit union was taking her money and the credit union's data system had issues [redacted] was the representative that handled Mrs.***'s telephone call, [redacted] admits he could have handled her account concern differentlyThe credit union has addressed the member service he providedIt is the member's responsibility to track all transactions she is performing by using a check registerThis will properly track all transactions that have been authorized, such as debit card transactions or checks that has been written, but have not posted.According to the credit union's records, below is the breakdown of the account and why a $fee was charged to the member's accountAt the time the pending check was posted to the member's account the actual balance was -$

account. It was disclosed to Mrs. [redacted] that the
$30 was a fee for a check paid on 2-28-18, check number 1411in the amount of $100.This item was manually posted to her account and not returned as...

NSF drawing her account into the negative. She replied the fee was not correct and that her balance was$183.86,which she was viewing through her online banking. It was stated to Mrs. [redacted], that the online banking balance was reflecting the correct information as far as balance, but not the available balance at the time the check tried to clear her account. Trying to help her understand this was a challenge since online banking did not reflect those pending debit card transactions against the balance she was viewing. Mrs. [redacted]
