I parked at their location, upon trying to leave the ticket reader that I was required to pay at couldn't read my ticket, the company had no lot attendant working and just a 1-number to callwhen calling that number I was instructed to pay the $"lost ticket" fee and email for a reimbursement, an unacceptable soloution, but my only optionI paid the $begrudgingly and sent my email off to get my money backI was at the lot for 1hr but have been charged for hrs
On May 4th around 1pm I entered "Municipal Parking" on York Street, Ottawa
Issues:
1) did not display "lot full" allowing more and more traffic to go into a full structure (with illegally parked cars the lot was well over capacity)Digital display said "automatic door." ***
2) inadequate time to leave without paying when full - had to pay $to leaveThis should be refunded
3) no receipt function -- button did not work
4) no help answered at urgent call buttons -- multiple attempts but no person to help and nobody on site - no help in an emergency
5) no answered phone when displayed number called and difficulty getting to right place to leave a message
6) no calls returned
7) unsafe, parked overcapacity not in designated designed spots encouraged by lack of enforcement, monitoring or oversight as well as above issues***
I made a wrong turn into the parking lot at the municipal parking control inc ottawa downtown york street locationThe entrance said help available at exitAt exit the person on the intercom was no help and asked to contact the companyCame in and out within minutes (shows on the receipt attached)So far I have called times and left a voicemail once
Horrible customer service experience so far but I am hoping the full refund will make it better as I would not accept any thing less
