Tony and his crew were punctual; the manufacturer was also very prompt. The time that it took to make the windows was exactly that. There was no delay. We didn't have to chase anyone down to make sure that the job would be done or to make sure that the windows were ready. Tony and his crew were quick and efficient. They did an excellent job, and the quality of the workmanship from manufacturer to installation was superb. We were also grateful that there was no extreme sales pressure. We only did our second floor windows this year, but we'll be using All Star Home, again.
