MrGaines and Kevin,
I signed a contract with your company on November 4th and paid a $deposit to repair our roof/deck, which had a significant leak It is now April 7, 2016: weeks and one day (five months) since we signed the contract In my previous letter I notified you that I needed the repairs completed by April 13th My wife and I have both attempted to contact you recently regarding the status of this work but you have been non-responsive to our attempts to communicate with you Our house has had the railing removed from the upstairs balcony for months, resulting in a safety hazard and legal liability for our family Our roof has been torn apart for months with temporary waterproofing that is coming apart after extended exposure to the elements, and we are now entering the beginning of hurricane season Since there is no possible way that you can complete the repairs by April 13th and it is our understanding that you have no intention of doing so at any point in the foreseeable future, I am providing notice that our business relationship with Harold Gaines roofing is now terminated We are taking this action because of the failure of your company to make repairs to stop the water leakage referenced in your signed contract with me, within a more than generous five-month time frame We have been exceedingly patient with you but it is now time to have the repairs completed by a company that is willing and capable of performing the work in a professional and timely manner

I called *** *** again and he had the other man *** *** to come back and check the roof and *** *** checked the roof* *** came after it rained one day and said it was leaking like a sieve*** *** never could get him to come back so he hired another crewHe said they knew more about metal roofHe hired *** *** and they worked on it for most of the dayHe charged
