Munn's has been my service company for 19 years. They installed the original AC for me when our house was built and also the replacement 3 years ago. They are truly professionals in every thing they do. Today Jake and Luke did the annual inspection on my system. These young men are true professionals like every one who works for Munn's. I highly recommend Munn's.

installed a new motor in our ac unit in May of 2105 and had to replace in June 13 2016 . Munn' s informed us that we had only a 1 year warranty. Great product when it only last 1 year and cost us in excess of $635. we will never use them again .

Today, Jake the technician, inspected my cooling and heating systems for the cooler months. In my opinion he was extremely thorough and professional. He explained each of tasks he performed. I felt comfortable in his analysis.

After calling Munn's for service on my nonfunctioning AC after hours today, I received a return call in less than five minutes. The responder explained to me what to do until the technician arrived and specified a time frame for the technician to arrive. The technician arrived before the specified time and had the AC unit running and cooling within 25 minutes. Super service, super technician. I am more than satisfied!
