I believe they show be reasonable for fixing the truckI have documentation from ford what's wrong with the truck.*** wants to look at the truck we suppose to take it in Friday and I never paid to have the truck fixas of yet hoping *** will take responsibility and do the right thing and fix the truck.I can't believe *** don't inspection on his vehicles and sell as is.I'd u need documents I can mail them .I did call make *** aware if the oil leak will stated that he called me I have no miss calls from *** on my phone a lot to pay for a truck I have not even made 1st payment on that should be illegal to sell lemons knowing some wrong and selling as is

First, let's get the facts straight, *** * *** Jrpurchased the truck from my dealership. *** signed all documents including a AS-WARRANTY buyers guide and buyers order. *** also signed a "WE OWE" document which states we owe *** 1.) Gas lid repair.
About 3-days after the purchase of the truck, *** called the dealership and stated that the dip stick tube was broken, we said we WOULD REPAIR, *** NEVER REFUSED TO FIX THE TRUCK, we ordered the dip stick tube. *** stopped in last Friday the 10th of July, we attempted to repair the dip stick tube but the bolt holding the tube was rounded off, apparently another repair attempt was preformed prior to us. *** even got involved with the removal of the bolt and was unsuccessful as well. *** said he would go home and pull the fender liner out to access the rounded bolt to remove. We suggested air chisel to remove the bolt and *** said he had one. We were more than willing to make the repair but *** wanted to get going. Also, we were going to replace the gas door but *** said he would just pop it on himself. We did buy both the gas door and the dip stick tube. We NEVER REFUSED to fix the truck even though our commitment was to repair the gas door only! We have no knowledge of a rear main seal problem and WE WERE NEVER MADE AWARE OF SUCH A PROBLEM. *** DID NOT KNOW ABOUT A REAR MAIN SEAL PROBLEM, PERIOD! We were never told about a $1,repair, more importantly, we were never made a party in the decision to spend $1,on a repair. If somebody wants me to pay for a $1,repair bill, then tell me upfront and get my approval before spending MY $1,700.00! My salesman *** received a phone call yesterday from ***, he returned the call only to find no answer and the mailbox is full. Just as soon as I received this Revdex.com complaint I called the phone number attached to the complaint for *** and again no answer and a recording that the mailbox is full as well. I take my reputation very personally, I have been a member in good standing with the Revdex.com for years and I AM NOT A DISHONEST CAR DEALER

Mr [redacted] is a man of his word .he fixed the truck ,thank u so much
I reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find the resolution is satisfactory to me.

Well, here we go again with more lies!  NOW [redacted] hasn't paid $1,700 like she said she did in the initial complaint, the Revdex.com has proof of that lie.  Will most certainly called [redacted] back and I did as well, she is probably looking for our main number 937-642-2000 although we have multiple lines, why wouldn't we call her back?  Does she think I'm afraid to talk to her?  Does she think I run from my complaints?  If there is a problem I want to know about it and if it is substantiated I will take corrective action.  Mr. [redacted] dropped the truck off to my dealership last Friday evening at 5:15 pm, I offered a complete 100% refund of his money, he said he really wanted the truck but just wants the oil leak fixed.  I agreed to have an independent mechanical shop look at the truck to find the cause of the leak.  The Ford dealership put a dye in the oil so that they could determine with a black light where the oil was leaking from, the source of the leak HAS NOT been determined contraire to what [redacted] stated in the initial complaint.  NO ONE has determined if the rear main seal is leaking, not even Ford according to Mr. Crawford. [redacted] claims we didn't inspect the truck and then accuses us that we sold a lemon knowing something was wrong, which is it?  None of this makes any sense to me, she is complaining of an oil leak on a 10 year old truck with 91,000 miles on it, but now that I know about the problem, I will investigate and determine what action to take.  If it is a reasonable repair I will take care of it.
