Review: I purchased Munoz Cleaning and Services most expensive house cleaning package; 4 hours $109. When they showed up only one person was scheduled to clean. I left to give her the space to clean and I came back 2 hrs later and she was still cleaning the master bathroom. I knew there wasn't going to be enough time left to clean the rest of my place but I let her go because she said she could. When she left I came in and saw that many rooms had been clean halfway or not even at all. I took pictures of every single floor that wasn't swept or mopped; dirt and dust was on every floor. I called them and told them (and sent them the pics) and they said they'd send someone back out. After 2 hrs, I had to call THEM and they said the person wasn't available and I needed my place cleaned that day. I had to go back and clean the entire place (7.5 hrs later). My place was left in a deplorable situation and I was asking for half my money back. They agreed but then told me a day later that the person who signs checks isn't available. I haven't heard from them since then. That was about 4 days ago. She accused me of wanting to receive their services for free, but I paid $109 for one room to be cleaned good. All the others were just barely touched and the floors weren't even touched. Their complete lack of customer service or sympathy for the worse than poor job they did is amazing and they just don't seem to care that they didn't provide what was promised and what I paid for in advance. This company wont return any of my texts either. They just have chosen to ignore me and the level of frustration I've endured is through the roof. I had to waste 7.5 hours cleaning my place which was what THEY were supposed to do because I needed a professional deep cleaning because my kids have cat allergies and I just recently got rid of our cats. I fee like I have completely been taken. They even used a pot holder of mine to use as a cleaning rag and left it all wet in my kitchen sink.Desired Settlement: All I want is $50 back from the company since they only really cleaned one room and just half cleaned the others and never even touched the floors. I have pictures that prove it too where the whole house has tons of dirt and dust on every floor and door/door tops. They need to have much better care for the customer and admit the beyond poor service I received.
