My check did not bounced, I cancelled the check with my bank because I did not agree with the overchargeI told them that I had cancelled the checkThey had my credit card because they requested it to make the appointment but I told them I was going to pay with a checkMy appointment was originally for hours at a rate of $an hourIt was scheduled from 10:am till 2:pmthat was our agreement I was supposed to pay them hours at $= $But the lady that was supposed to clean my house not did showed up at 10:Amy, the person that is in charge called around 10:am to tell me that the cleaning lady was running late but she was going to be at my house soon with another lady to help herBut I was not told that this other lady was also going to be charged $an hourI never agreed or was told this by Amy when she called me, the ladies started cleaning my house at 11:am and left at 2:pm., that is exactly hoursWhen they finished the lady asked me for my check and told me it was hoursWhen I told her that was not our agreement she told me to talk to the ownerAs soon as they left my house I called Munoz Cleaning several times and left voicemails sent texts to the woman named Amy who made the reservation for meI did not get a response until they could not cash the checkShe argued that I had to pay the hours because there were two ladies cleaningThat was not our agreement, this is my first time using this service, so she never mentioned that I had to pay basically $an hourIf she sent two ladies it was because the original lady was running late but not because I requested two ladiesI tried to resolve this right away with them put was ignored by this company, and they were not allowed to use my credit card without my permissionI was told by Amy that the card was only to be able to schedule appointment onlineI was not refusing to pay but they tried to take advantage of me by overcharging

she had been given the price of $ for hours and she wrote a check for $ and then they paid for the payment but the girls had already done more than hours if the lady amelia was paid to her she was not lied then she wanted to change that but you never lied to her because she sent you messages where you told her that the payment is the right one and we told her that she made the check and also the payment I do not understand because she does this if she made the payment and when the check bounced we were charged a fee for the rebound and we never charge it, we always do it but we have not charged it
