Munro's Dry Cleaning Company

I've spoke to Mr*** on Friday, November 18,told him we re-cleaned his shirt and I would send it out to our Lumberton store to see if garment was acceptable to him.I also talked to him about the pants if he could retry them on I measured pants and found the pant to be the size the tag says insideI definitely want to make Mr*** a happy customer by first going through my process to get garments corrected.? case was closed: case no this issue is not resolved, munros needs to explain why my pants were shrunk as well as return the shirt , which ive been told was corrected, to the Lumberton location, for me to pick up and inspect.[redacted]

I've tried to get in contact with Mr. [redacted] to let him know I did refund him back on his jeans and have a check that will be ready to pickup or mail to him on 12/07/16. Mr. [redacted] is you could please contact me on delivery of your check. Thanks,[redacted]

I Have contacted Mr. [redacted] and have set up a time to review his garments with him when he comes into town. I've re cleaned the shirt to see if its acceptable to him and the pants measures the size so he will try them on.

[redacted]  I'm happy to look at the shirt and if it has been corrected, take it back. But I do not see how the pants can be stretched and the lady at Munros told me the pants have not be stretched or returned back to the original state prior to dry cleaning. I would be happy to have them replace the exact same pair of pants with the exact same new ones to prove I am not trying to get free pants. The pants were shrunk so significantly (in every region) by their process I cannot button them. I see no reason to drive 35 miles to Lumberton to try them on for her. The pants were large and baggy and fit perfectly before Munros did something...Jeans should not shrink if they have been dry cleaned. Munros needs to purchase new pants or send me a check.  I will continue to press this matter.
