We rented an apartment with Munson Realty for 3 years, and when we moved out, they only returned half of our security deposit citing damages they said we caused.
We provided them with proof via pictures and the check in form that showed the damaged existed previous to our moving in.
They refused to speak with us, and the security deposit check they did return was unsigned, so it was not able to be cashed. 3 months later we still have no money from them and they refuse to talk to us.
