From: Michael R***< [redacted] @***.com>Date: Fri, Mar 18, at 4:AMSubject: Fwd: You have a new message from the Revdex.com of Metro Washington DC & Eastern Pennsylvania complaint # [redacted] .To: [redacted] < [redacted] @myRevdex.com.org>Our contract agreement is for two treatments and a one year warranty, concerning bedbugs We have treated her house at least four times the last one on March 4th , previously in February [redacted] hasn't taking bedding and other items out of storage which we believe has contribute to her reason infestation again , EPA laws and regulations allows us to spray once in seven days and twice in a month, we explain this to the customer several times, we also explain how the warranty works, after initial two treatments we come out if you see something, During our last treatment, we didn't see anything or has customer notified us of any activity, we would like to resolve this as quickly as possible, if another service is required not a problem, my tech explained this several times and so did I, customer complaint was file on the same day moments after we treated the entire house and seen no activity

A bed bug service was completed at the above address during the month of October 2015. At the time of the bed bug service the home was empty, no furniture was in the home, due to it being a new purchase. Payment was received at the time of service for a discounted price of $500. For all bed bug services it is communicated to the customer that a follow up treatment must be done within days of the initial service to effectively treat. My technicians and myself returned to the property on October 24, as scheduled for the follow treatment. Upon arrival the house was full of furniture at this point and it was not prepped for the treatment. It is communicated to all customers that a full list of preparation must be completed by the home occupant before I arrive in order for the service to be most effective. *** *** was not home when we arrived, but her sister was there and I spoke with her. Her sister expressed that she did not have time to do the prepping at that moment, so I asked her to have *** *** call me so that we could schedule another appointment when the house would be prepped. After that day, I did not hear from *** *** again. I attempted to call her multiple times, I also sent her an email in an attempt to schedule the follow up treatment. I was unable to contact her, she did not return my phone calls or respond to my email. I was not aware that she received services from another company until receiving this letter dated December 23, 2015. I contend that I tried to address *** ***’s bed bug issue, but it is her responsibility to have the area/house prepared and ready for the follow up treatment. I no longer want to do business with Abstract Exterminator.. I truly do not feel like a valued customers
