delivery drivers at our expense to her home to pick up the refrigerator and bring it to the repair serviceThere it was checked out and it was determined there was no problem with the applianceOnce an appliance is sold it is registered to the customer and the warranty startsThe manufacturer is in control of the warrantyMurdale tries very hard to satisfy customerEven though we have no obligation to do so, we have agreed to take back the refrigerator that has now been used and we won't be able to sell as newWe have since refunded Ms ***'s money
