We tried to contact you several times but always got a recorded message stating that you had not...
set up your voice mailbox and to try again later.
Anyway we cleaned and tested your Purebrush and all it seemed to need was a new replacement UV Bulb. We have replaced the UV Bulb ($20.00) Toothbrush Bracket ($11.95) and placed two replacement Toothbrushes in your returned Purebrush all at no cost to you.

I am happy to have this closed. I received my Purebrush machine back. It is working again, hopefully it will sustain. I not only provided a working cell number, but also an email address that they could've responded, but did not. I called their business multiple times to which they never answered the phone nor returned my calls after leaving messages. I'm just glad this is resolved.
