My experience was almost unbelievableI went to the dealership to pick up some oil filter for my [redacted] tractor and while I was there ordered and paid for two little plastic flat bushing for the shift handles $which I asked it they could send them to me to say me a trip they could of send them in a letter envelope for cent they are flat and small with very little weight the answer was no they could not I take the filters and goAbout or months later the shifter are vibrating and making noise and it dawns on me I ordered them bushings so a few day later I drop by the dealership to pick them up they tell me they no such thing and if I think I ordered them they need to see the receipt so I go home dig it up, call them the next day give them the receipt Number they said they could not look it up with that so I give them the part number price etcHe puts me on hold about minutes comes back on says they got them come pick them up, so I put the receipt in the truck just to be safe and figure when I'm running that way I will pick them up so time flies and about or months later I'm in Murfreesboro stop by the dealership to pick them up give them the receipt and tell them I came to pick up these bushing instantly the guy says this has been a year ago how do I know you have not picked these part up already? I gave him the whole story he shakes his head and says I can't do this its been over a year I said listen give me the parts or give me my money back he gets on the phone calls some other guy he comes up the first guy says THIS GUY WANTS SOME PARTS OR HIS MONEY BACK and the receipt is over a year old I tell the second guy the story he informs me there is nothing they can doMy blood pressure spikes and I tell him [redacted] I need the parts or the money he tells me if you are going to swear get the hell out of here so I left without my money or partsgo figure this has been unbelievable

About 3 or 4 months later the shifter are vibrating and making noise and it dawns on me I ordered them bushings so a few day later I drop by the dealership to pick them up they tell me they no such thing and if I think I ordered them they need to see the receipt so I go home dig it up, call them the next day give them the receipt Number they said they could not look it up with that so I give them the part number price etc. He puts me on hold about 20 minutes comes back on says they got them come pick them up, so I put the receipt in the truck just to be safe and figure when I'm running that way I will
