Murfreesboro Radiology Inc

This company is the worst. Did not receive a bill from them and then later get a notice from a collections agency. Called Murfreesboro Radiology to try and get the itemized bill and they tell me they cannot provide an itemized bill because it has been turned over to collections. Called the collections company and they say they will need me to sign a document saying they have my approval to get that information from Murfreesboro Radiology. I am not signing anything from a collections company! Very frusttrating situation

I was sent to them by my physical therapist and received an MRI. The service was satisfactory,, but their billing was terrible. They sent me several notices and each time I explained to them that the billing information was wrong. I had to have a conference call between them, my provider, and myself to sort everything out. Despite this, they still did not correct their error. After talking to a condescending supervisor, I feel like I can't trust this company at all.

The business elected never to speak with us. The business filed insurance with wrong agency. Then after the client corrected THEIR mistake through a client initiated phone call, the re-file was successfully collected. The business then sent the balance to a collection agency without ever sending the client a bill or contacting the client.
