I had my car serviced in December and had a full diagnostic check done on it and at the end of the day I paid about $1,which is fine ,but I still had a little more work needed and I didn't have the money at the time so I told them I would come back and we could pick up where we startedI go there today (1/30/2015) and they tell me there are no notes of a check engine light being on last time (which it was, reason I took the car in) I visitedI tell them it was and then they try to tell me there are differnet kinds of diagnostic checksI say I paid $dollars last time for just a diagnostic and you are telling me I have to pay it again becuase someone forgot to add it to the notes? That makes no sense and to make the matter worse, he then asks some guys to come over and they all basically agree with him so at this point I feel ganged up onThis place is horrible and I will never returnThey are just trying to charge me for more money

Perhaps I'm too difficult to pleaseI purchased a used vehicle from this company with a certified warranty and I thought that meant that the actually inspected the carWe haven't put the 2nd tank of gas in the car and it broke downI understand that things go wrong and things happen but when we took it to Southeast to get fixed they informed us that of the coils were bad, which was covered under warranty, however there would be a $deductibleShouldn't the car run
for days, maybe, before it breaks down? We were also informed that all the spark plugs should be changed as wellSo 20days and less than miles put on the car we have to pay $
In addition, I pleaded our case to a service employee who was courteous and explained the dealer position on the matterI wasn't satisfied with the result so I asked if I could speak to a managerAfter being on hold for awhile I was told he was unavailableSo I requested that he call me when he was available which led to the same employee me calling me back with the same answers
Again, things happen and stuff breaks and people make mistakes but how you handle small matters is a good indicator of how you handle large mattersWas the vehicle inspected? Is this the kind of service I can expect in the future? I'm sorry and an offer of an oil change might have at least made me feel like they cared
One last note; I contacted the sales department and was informed that they were trying to get something done but it was quote like beating your head against the wall, end quoteThis leads me to believe that A) the sales guy didn't give a rip or B) the company didn't give ripor C) neither caredIn any event it doesn't leave me a good feeling about this company
I also discovered that I was charged more than I was quotedI have emailed the operations manager requesting a call and haven't received a call or a return emailI also sent an email to my sales person and he apologized and said he'd have someone call me backThat was Tuesday today is Saturday and I'm still waitingIt may be a small matter but is there anyone there who cares???
