My record did not indicate patient came for adjustment or brought any of her concerned to my attention.
All dentures were made by professional laboratory following proper criteria to make them functional as well as aestheticly pleasing. The size of the teeth were determined base on patient jaw size, patient will pick whatever color teeth she like.
Since patient still have her natural lower teeth, the laboratory has to arranged the upper denture teeth according to the contour and the up and down of lower natural teeth.
Many times patient does not understand this principle .
If the teeth were set even and flat, then patient is unable to have proper bite since the upper teeth do not contact the lower teeth correctly.The denture will look good but non functional.
