satisfactory to meThe maintenance guy showed up on Monday around 1pm and bleached the wall and cut out a small piece where the mold was, and told me this not the bad mold and that he would return in a day to finish but I haven’t saw himI did call Murphy Blair on Wednesday to let them know about the situation and the property manager said she will get on it as soon as possible so hopefully that will be SOONLike I stated I have horrible allergies my daughter and I plus I’m in a half months pregnant and just want to be healthy and not have to be around a toxic environment.

We have gone in and dry walled and stain killed the wall. The date they were scheduled to come out and clean the carpets the tenant was not home. The carpet was cleaned on June 15, 2015 after it was rescheduled. Management was not made aware of...

the stove and the patio door issues. A work order has been issued for them to be repaired. The kitchen sink was checked and it had grease in the line and it was also repaired.
