Problem has been resolvedTractor has been returned by our truck to the customer at no charge

I bought a tractor new from this company in DECEMBER it has been put in the shop twice and has to go back a third time for same problemIt has a five year warranty or three thousand hours which ever comes firstThis unit only has 95hrs on itAnd each time I was out of money transporting it and having it transported not counting my fuelI have no confidence in this unit or this make and model and rather not continuing paying on it or keeping itAnd I would rather just be refunded my payments so far and my expense that I have incurredI have lost time and money with it not working during peak of hay season I been in contact with the guy I bought it from and each time they where to pick it up they keep changing the daysI think its a bad tractor and I don't want it

First of all I'm not in the trucking business either.  I bought this tractor in good faith that it would do what I need it to do.  I expected a new tractor to perform nothing less. with this tractor not working when I needed it to I've been out of about two thousand dollars.  Since it was down and still paying my monthly payment.  and the warranty it stated if I had problems to take it to the nearest LS dealer that's what I done first time. and to take it back where I bought it each time is about 200 miles.  I don't have money to haul this tractor back and forth there and still pay my monthly payment.  when I picked it up from Murphy Brothers  he assured me it was fixed and I asked if they replaced the IMV valve that he was supposed to fixed he said no that the LS people said it didn't need it.  I took his word and now its back at his shop.  So what I'm suppose to do?  The 2 thousand dollars I spent was paying someone to bring a tractor to do what it was suppose to do.  I talked to a LS dealer in LA he told me the IMV needed replacing and he called Murphy Brothers and told [redacted] it needed replacing and they didn't replace it so what I'm suppose to do?  The first time I took it to Richland, MS they kept it for 3 weeks. the second time I took it to [redacted] and he kept it over a week. A NEW TRACTOR.

This customer elected to take his tractor to a different dealer for the first attempt to be repaired. The tractor in question has only been in my shop once for this repair. This customer does not understand that warranty does not cover hauling or travel to make repairs. However, I have a vendor of...

mine that will be in his area tomorrow (9/22/16) and is going to pick up the tractor for us. He was originally supposed to pick it up Tuesday (9/20/16) but plans changed. We are not in the trucking business. Warranty plainly states that it is the sole responsibility of the customer to return tractors to dealer for warranty repair. Please see attachment LS factory warranty policy.  Shortly after the customer picked up the tractor and got it home, he called and said it was doing the same thing, but only after running it the second day. Since that date, we have been in steady contact with company service technicians to determine the root of the problem. I've been in constant contact with the customer keeping him up to date on the situation. We run a reputable business and have bent over backwards trying to satisfy this customer. Even though this customer is being unreasonable, we will repair this unit per factory warranty regulations.
