We have reviewed the customers response It is clear the customer again misrepresents the facts Customer filled out a credit application, provided credit information and authorized our dealership to obtain financing for the purchase of a vehicle Please see our previous response below to customer's complaint as it properly describes the transaction The attachment provided by the customer represents the agreed upon price of the vehicle plus state sales tax, title and registrationThroughout the course of the transaction our dealership did all possible to accommodate the customer As stated in our previous response, Customer informed our dealership she would not pay state sales tax and registry fees and told us she was no longer interested in purchasing the vehicle and the transaction was terminated The customer's credit score is controlled by credit reporting bureaus not our dealership, and a bank's decision to approve or deny credit is done at the bank's discretion not our dealership We at all times simply acted on behalf of the customer as authorized by the customer (Previous Response)We have been in business since and take pride in our Revdex.com rating For over years we have specialized in [redacted] and [redacted] sales and service and have provided exceptional service to thousands of customers.In regard to the complaint filed here the customer has intentionally misrepresented the facts Our dealership and the customer here agreed upon a price for the sale of a [redacted] The customer asked if we provided financing We said we did and that the primary lender we use is a local Credit Union, and we also informed the customer that she could pursue her own financing through her own bankCustomer advised us that she currently has an auto loan through our primary lender, the Credit Union, and that she would like to use that Credit Union Customer then filled out a credit application and we forwarded it to the Credit Union Upon review of the application the Credit Union denied the application based upon customer's credit in relation to her income We advised customer of the denial of credit and she was very upset with the Credit Union's decision She then said she would speak to the Credit Union herself Customer called the Credit Union and then called us back and informed us that the Credit Union was standing by their decision to deny her credit application Customer informed us that she still wanted to buy the car We again informed her that she was free to pursue her own financing through her own bank Customer asked us if we worked with other banks for financing to which we replied we did Customer asked us to pursue financing through other lenders At customers request we did so and subsequently gained the customer financing through two other banks at a very good rate We then advised the customer of her credit approval and rate However, customer informed us that she wanted to try to get a better rate on her own by applying to other banks We told her out of courtesy we would hold the vehicle for her, without having to put down a deposit, while she pursued her own financing.Approximately one week later the customer called us and advised us that she was able to get credit through another bank and that she would be getting the check shortly and that she would be in touch Approximately two days later customer called our dealership and said she had the check and would like to pick up the car and asked what she needed to do so We advised her she would have to bring the check to pay for the vehicle and also a check to pay the state sales tax and cost to register the car (state fees for plates/title/registration) Customer told us that she was not going to pay the state sales tax or the state fees to register the vehicle We advised the customer that all people buying a car are responsible to pay the state sales tax and state fees as they are a requirement to buying a vehicle Customer stated she would not pay the sales tax and state fees and that she was no longer interested in buying the car and abruptly hung up These are the clear facts as they relate to this compliant Murphy Brothers Inc

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted] [redacted] didnt provide his information correctlyWe continue to receive numerous rejection notes on behalf of other banksAll those rejection notices are coming from his other businesses named as ( [redacted] autho also registered under Murphy brothers)Please see atachment as one of those examplesAlso as a fact [redacted] Bank does have their recorded line where they can proif that I have never contacted them vs dealerRejection letters are still coming in which shows that Dealer coudnt obtain any financingIt also shows all different amounts of loans that was tried to obtain in my behalfAs a fact of thise multiple a unsuccessful attempt my credit score is now dropped to points and dealer didnt have any authority to pullbmy credit repirt to a multiple locations.Again as stated before I also have all phone call logs and attempts to purchase my vehicle per sales agreement.I also have my witnesses as our daughter and my husband who tried to connect with dealer with no success Regards, [redacted] ***

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted] Please see attached our Bill of sale that was presented to me in order to obtain my own financingHowever in my previous responce you can see a difference from dealer when he was trying to obtain his own financing using a different dealership name Authorization was given to the Murphy brothers to pull my credit and I was never notified that they operate under different nameMire to it after I was able to obtain my own financing from DCU ( rate 2.99%)vs financing from this particular company and their REASONABLE rate of 5.99% they have refused to cell me a carAs a proof we have all recorded statements from our phone company and numerous attempts to call them back without no responseAlso Mr Murphy firgot to mention the fact that we are in fact agreed to his rate that was mentioned to us 5.25% and was told later that rate was no longer available fir usTherefore we had to seek our own financing As a last proof I would like to mention that after refusal to cell me a car dealer went forward and raised his price which clearly represents a very bad customer and unprofessional service Regards, [redacted] ***
