Nothing was signed as to a warranty or as is with my vehicle purchaseThey also did not disclose any information on the vehicle as to accidents or anything, they just said it was a clear title which I am looking it to see if it is or not

title. It was titled in her name and it is still clean as of today. Ms. Allen wrote a bad check for the down payment of the vehicle, which we are pursuing her in court. Ms.AIlen signed in 3 separate places that she was purchasing the vehicle as-is and that we promised nothing to her. Extended warranties were available to her at the time of sale, but since she wrote a bad check for the down payment she was probably not in the financial position to purchase one. [redacted] purchased a used car which she signed an as is . When the vehicle had issues we let her trade it in.  She did not receive credit for the trade in.  She did not pay all of her sales tax. She is still responsible for the tax due on the new vehicle. Just because she doesn't...

have the Acadia it does not make the financial responsibility go away.  In addition to allowing her to trade the first car she made it so she didn't have a payment for nearly a full month to help her out.  If she would rather have the Arcadia back, we would do that.  She traded it back to us with a blown out transmission that will cost us $2600 to fix.
