I gave the dealer a 1000$ to hold the vehicle upon going back for the money he would only give me 950$ because he held the truck for me for 3 days.As of [redacted] I left a 1000$ deposit at murphys motor sales for a 03 chevy ext cab. I got two reciepts for the money I put down. On [redacted] I no longer wanted that truck and went back for my refund. The dealer [redacted] would only give me 950$ saying I held the truck up and that his mechanic had worked on the truck. I examined the truck and it was still sitting in the same exact position I had left it from my test drive, with no work done to date.Desired SettlementI am lookng for my other 50$ that I put down to hold a truck.

I purchased a 2004 [redacted] with 117,000 miles on [redacted] The vehicle had issues including a sound coming from the rear passenger [redacted] tire to my belief it is either a worn strut or bearing. There was no radio or lock on the driver door. The vehicle needs a front end alignment. The oil in the vehicle is well past needing a change. I brought all these issues to [redacted] the owner of the business in question. He said he would have the issues repaired. When I received the vehicle none of the problems has been resolved except for a radio that was improperly installed, it neither worked and there are exposed wires in the center console. The headlights did not work and when I brought the vehicle to him to repair after it had failed an inspection 3 days after I bought it he refused to give me a loaner or rental vehicle so that I could get to work.Product_Or_Service: [redacted]Desired SettlementI would like to have the vehicle checked for any further issues and have them repaired under his 30 day warranty. I would also like to be given a car to drive whether it is off his lot or a rental in the mean time so that I may get back and forth to work. I purchased a used 2000 Jeep Wrangler from Murphy Motor Sales in Fitchburg,Ma on 1 August 2013.It failed to pass inspection and the mechanic for them has not fixed the problem.I drove the vehicle for 10 days waiting for the repairs to be done and on my way home from work the vehicle broke down.The transmission started leaking after their mechanic supposedly did some repairs to the transmission before I took possession of the vehicle.They are saying I did damage to the transmission but there are no visible signs of damage except the leak and they are refusing to fix it for that reason.I have had the vehicle towed to another mechanic to find out what exactly is wrong with the vehicle as it will not even start at this time.They offered to make my vehicle payment for me but would not even repair it even though these problems existed before they sold me the vehicle and they were hoping that the warranty on the vehicle would expire.I spoke several times with the owner of Murphy Motor Sales and their mechanic and received replies as to why they were not repairing the vehicle even though they have had it for 12 days and what they thought was wrong with it.Each time what they told was different than before but no work was ever done on it even though the mechanic stated he had done some repairs in the past 3 days.Product_Or_Service: 2000 Jeep WranglerDesired SettlementI have in my possession a copy of the Buyers Guide Warranty Agreement that has been altered by Murphy Motor Sales.On this Agreement that I agreed to it states that I have a limited Warranty.Murphy Motor Sales has added (Ma.inspection sticker only and no additional warranty to this after the purchase of the vehicle.I would like to be reimbursed for any and all parts and labor that I have to incur.
