Review: We were moved by Murphy Moving and Storage of [redacted]. We are missing items, and have damaged items for which we payed the moving co. money for insurance.We have a Grandfather Clock sitting waiting to be put back in service for which we paid for, no call to set up this service. I have called D.K., the Operations manager numerous times and called for and emailed K.M., a person in Customer Service/Operations numerous times. K.M. only got back to me once telling me in so many words that she will look into it. No further correspondence.! We have items that are missing parts to the whole so we can't use the items. We can't make an Insurance claim without knowing how or having the necessary paperwork. We paid money to Murphy Moving of [redacted] for Insurance!!Desired Settlement: Need communication from the company to work out all the details of our complaints! They have my ph# and email address. We wan't to make insurance claims on broken items and missing items. We wan't our Grandfather Clock set back up, for which we have already paid for!
