verification of the labor hours for which complainant was invoiced(Items 2, 3, 4, 5) You will note an exact correspondanceTimes are rounded to the nearest minutes in my favorI do not bill by the minute.Please note that there was one request for departure times, not "requests" as complainant mis-states.Complainant is not familiar with Quick Books invoicing which does not pull employee time information into the invoicesAs a very small business person I am usually in the field supervising work, buying plants etcIn order to provide the information requested either myself or my accountant had to go through March and April time sheets and note the exact departure times involvedAlthough I did provide the information requested I was also asked for "verification" of that data so that complainant could determine, apparently by her sole judgement, if it was accurate and "reasonable."It is not clear to me how she would determine whether the data I provided was indeed accurate or not since she was not present at stated departure timesComplainant would also be unable to account for particular traffic conditions, signal timing etcwhich all contribute to the determination of a "reasonable" transit timeA major accident and consequential time delay would not be at the customer's expense.Complainant does not mention that at her request I gave her hours credit for lunch times that she said should have been deducted from her timeShe is correct to dispute lunch chargesIt is not my policy to charge for or pay employees for formal lunch timeThey are aware of this policy and were reminded of itWe typically eat on the run as lunch time tends to disrupt the work rhythm, causing a post-lunch slump in energy.Complainant also refrains from mentioning that I further applied a 10% discount to remaining labor fees because I wanted to resolve this time-consuming process with a customer whose questions and disputes simply kept escalating(Item 6)After providing departure information on 6/3/I told complainant that I was not interested in discussing this matter further with her since it was clear that she would never be satisfied with anything I saidI further told her that she should just take whatever deductions she wanted to make from the remaining $balance due(Bottom of item 1) Apparently that was also unsatisfactory.I have been in business for yearsI operate my business with honesty and integrity and my employees reflect those valuesMy employees are hard-working and very personable; we always attempt to accommodate the customer's needs and preferencesThree different people worked on complainant's property during March and AprilIn April two of them were so harassed by complainant's constant micro-managing and emotional tirades that they literally walked off the job and refused to return under any circumstances.Complainant told me, subsequent to their departure, that she had more work if she could have two particular workers returnShe was infromed that they were unwilling to work for herIn an attempt to provide a good customer service I provided her with the name and phone number of a person who works with me on a part-time basis. I provide this information to illustrate the generous attempts I have made to satisfy this person, in addition to the credits and discounts mentioned above. Resolution of this dispute will require payment of the $balance due
