I am only accepting this response ONLY because it took the Revdex.com getting involved for this company to do something more on there end about my replacement I did not let the Revdex.com know I got the product because I was away and just returned home this past Sunday also to help Murphys Power Equipment to do a better job they should keep people up to date and do follow up calls to see if we have been helped and not wait a year, four phone call's from me and a letter from the Revdex.com

contacted the factory and requested a replacement unitThe first fax was sent 9/8/When the customer reported to us the unit was not received we immediately re-faxed the information 4/22/The replacement unit was delivered to the customer’s front door July 14, at 6:PMThis was confirmed by Mr *** *** from *** *** per: *** with the tracking numberI find it interesting this customer would complain of our service when we looked at the machine immediately and sent in the warranty request in less than seven working days of receiptAlso that the customer did not informed your company that the unit was receivedThank you with your help with this matter
