Murphy said that he would be able replace my vehicles VSS sensor. He never replaced the part after he stated that he had. He also told me that my vehicle was practically ruined. I took my vehicle to another mechanic and he had the part replaced in one day and now the vehicle is fine. He charged me 200.00 for this service that was never completed.
