Murphy's Collision Express

Review: My rental car was in an accident on [redacted], and the Towing Co, (Murphy's Collision Express) was there. The company was located around the corner on [redacted]. They towed the car, and gave my daughter a receipt of no charges. The car was towed on Jan. 29, 2014 @ 12:00 pm, and picked up by the rental company on Jan. 30, 2014 before 10:00 am. The car was in storage for a day. They charged the rental company $1,142.00, who is billing me for the charges. I received a copy of the receipt for the charges, and they charged them for services that was never done. I called to speak to someone, and [redacted] stated that those are the fees, but how can you bill someone for services that was never done. Everytime, I call to speak with the Owner, and she tells me that he is not in. I have also left a message for him to return my calls, and never received a call back. I really think this a disgrace, that this company is allowed to get away with this. I wonder how many insurance companies they scammed with invalid charges.
