Review: They have an invoice that was due in early March 2014. When I followed up in May, I was told it would be July 11 before they could mail me a check. I told them this was not acceptable and asked them to remit at least half of the amount due ASAP. I've since followed up twice and they will not respond to my emails. This is not the first instance. EVERY invoice they've paid late and only after I follow up on it. This sea like a normal practice? Are they allowed to pay utility bills for Feb. on July 11? My next step will be to initiate a claim in small claims court.Desired Settlement: Pay their bill ASAP it's almost 90 days past due.
