I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
At this time, it is clear that she is not willing to provide the ENTIRE text messages.  I will be moving forward in a court of law at this time.

When I first met [redacted] in November regarding a December
trip, I quoted her my current rate of $15 per visit, but offered her a
discount. [redacted] signed a general contract that we have all new clients fill
out before any pet sitting is done. We do a one-time contract that is used for
all future pet sitting and dog walking. It does not include dates of service; it
is just a general contract. We met in November regarding a trip for December.
The trip was cancelled and therefor [redacted] did not need our service anymore. When
she called in June, this was a new trip and there was a new pet sitter
servicing her area. So we had to do a meet & greet to see if it would be a
good fit. The meeting was cancelled after my communications with [redacted] because
we no longer felt we were a good fit for her.
 
Again, here is the timeline:
November 11: Initial meet & greet with [redacted] for
December trip
December: [redacted] called to cancel because her trip was cancelled
April: [redacted] called to inquire about our services for July
4. I did not have someone covering her area at the time and so I gave her
recommendations
June 12: [redacted] called again asking if I had found someone
for her area. I did and so we scheduled a meet & greet for her and the new
pet sitter
June 16: Texting with [redacted]. No longer comfortable in the
situation and so the meeting was cancelled.
 
I understand that for [redacted], this situation started in
November, but in actuality, we began speaking about the July 4 trip on June 12.
[redacted] had about 60 days between April and June to secure a pet sitter. She lost
about 4 days total between calling us and having our appointment cancelled. The
bottom line is, the service provider cancelled the appointment with the client
prior to an agreement being put in place, as [redacted] never agreed to the service
provider’s pricing.
