I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.  I am sorry to inform you that Larry Murphy is a liar.  I did not call him and scream obsentities to him.  I am a professional business woman and actually Larry Murphy was a customer of mine for a few years.  I know better than to do such a thing.  he did not explain anything to me.  it doesn't matter - I will never give him another dime of my money.  and I certaintly would not recommend him to anyone. unfortunately he did not treat me as a valued customer like I did when he was buying advertising from me.  when there was a problem, even if it was thier fault, I resolved the issue and ran his ads at no cost to make up for it.  apparently he has not grasped the concept that the customer is always right so therefore i  believe that if he treats everyone like he did me then  his business will be out of business sooner than he thought.  Regards,  [redacted]

standard procedure in all local shops.None out of ten times when a vehicle comes in for little or no A/C, it is because there is a leak. She was explained this. She was also explained that regardless of whether or not the problem was fixed, the service was still $49.95 & NYS sales tax. She was told that if,at some point, her A/C did stop working she would need to make an appointment at that point. I would find out exactly where the leak was coming from, she was explained that that portion of the service would not cost anything, as it is part of the initial $49.95 & tax. She would not have had to pay any additional money until it came time to repair the leak. She was agreeable and understanding of this. The customer did not call me for almost a month after this. On the day that she did call me, I explained to her that I was booked solid that particular day, as it would not be fair to the customers who had appointments that day if I put her in one of their time slots. However, I did not say I was busy the entire week. I did offer her an appointment the next day or any other day of her choosing. She became irate that I could not help her that day and accused me of not putting enough refrigerant in her vehicle. She called me back 3 times after that. The first time, she called back to inform me that she was going to "call the Revdex.com" and she was going to " tell everyone in Geneva" not to come to me. The last 2 times she called, she was very vulgar, screaming obscenities and calling me names! At that point I hung up on her. Her behavior was erratic, unprofessional, and quite frankly, uncalled for. While I do agree with her decision to go elsewhere, I will not be refunding her money. I performed a legitimate service.I am confident of the service O performed, and as stated earlier,this is standard procedure at all local shops. When she left, the A/C was putting out cold air, to which she did agree over the phone during the initial call. If I had not put enough refrigerant in the vehicle, there would not have been any cold air coming out when she left. She paid for my time used to perform said service. She also paid for the cost of the refrigerant. she was told precisely how how this particular service works and what it entails. Thank you, Larry Murphy
