contacted the factory and requested a replacement unit. The first fax was sent 9/8/2014. When the customer reported to us the unit was not received we immediately re-faxed the information 4/22/2015. The replacement unit was delivered to the customer’s front door July 14, 2015 at 6:20 PM. This was confirmed by Mr [redacted] from [redacted] per: [redacted] with the tracking number. I find it interesting this customer would complain of our service when we looked at the machine immediately and sent in the warranty request in less than seven working days of receipt. Also that the customer did not informed your company that the unit was received. Thank you with your help with this matter.
