Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:  Why did termination letter sit for 2 months, September and October in their office and then I receive a notice in November indicating that it takes approximately 30-60 days to formally close out the file.  Documentation had been received in August/September.  That is a little over 3--60 days if I received a check on 2/13, dated 2/5.
Please continue with processing this complaint.  All the evidence is in the documentation…

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:  The emails clearly show when the office was contacted in November, after having received the termination end of September, first days of October.  In November I was notified 30-60 days and it already had been over 30 by that point.  On January 21st I was told the check would be cut within 2 weeks and I finally got results by speaking to Mr. [redacted], I received my check on 2/15/14, dated 2/5/14.
Regards,
[redacted]

The emails also clearly show a response to the complainant's Nov 6 email, which complainant failed to provide to the Revdex.com, that clarifies our policy is 45-90 days to process and close the file. We can issue a refund only after the file is officially closed. Complainant received an email from our office dated January 21, 2014, informing her that her file was officially closed, and she should expect a check to be issued to her within 2 weeks. 2 weeks from January 21, 2014 would be February 4, 2014. The check was issued to her on February 5, 2014.
It seems that if the complainant had reviewed the information provided to her by our office, such as the email response to her inquiry on Nov 6, 2013, a necessity for her to file a complaint with the Revdex.com would no longer exist.

Refund for Retainer submitted last days of 9/13,in writing. I received notice in 10/13 indicating that my refund could take up to 30-60 days. I have left messages and sent emails inquiring about my refund of over $800 and I finally received an email on 1/21, indicating was being processed and I should receive it within 2 weeks. Today is February 13th, I finally spoke with Mr. [redacted] and informed him of my situation and he was not apologetic and basically laughed when I told him about his staff's incompetence. It seems someone in his shoes does not know what it is like to live paycheck to paycheck. STILL NO REFUND CHECK OR CALL TODAY INFORMING ME WHEN I WILL RECEIVE MY REFUND...
