I am rejecting this response because:I am very dissatisfied with the companies responseIf you go out of the country for weeks, your business doesn't get put on holdYour customer's satisfaction doesn't get put on holdYou need to delegate responsibilities to ensure that your company will run and operate the same as if you are still thereSo because you want to go sit on a beach and drink martinis, I have to wait an extra month to get my warranty cancelled?? Absolutely ridiculous and unethical!! I will never do business with Murray Auto Sales again and I will not recommend them to anyone

Mr*** I am sorry to hear and read what you wrote or the fact that you rejected our responseThe company still runs and everything runs smoothly weather I'm there or notWe are a small business and there are certain tasks that each employee handles and usually anything that requires further work or details I get involved in itAs I told you before I did fax your cancelation request but also I said I will work on it first thing when I get back to see what happened to it you are saying you contacted them and they said they didn't receive it and I said that I faxed it so there is something that is not adding up and I said I will work on it as soon as I get back and see what happenedWe are an A+ company on Revdex.com and you issue will get resolved I am sorry for your frustration but we did our job and as a licensed bonded dealer we will do everything we promise you so no worries there

I would like to start off by saying we are rated as an A+ company because we are a good and honest business and will always help our customers as big portion of our business is repeated businessNow regarding your complain I would like to start by saying the it's our business process that
whenever we promise anything to the customer we write it on a due bill and all work must be done within days of the due bill, and when customer schedule any work to be done they need to take a copay of the due bill to the shop so they can match it with what's in the system so there is nothing wrong with asking for a copy of what we promised younow regarding your deal in particular fist off the car wasn't sold to you, the car was sold to your son on July 6th but due to breach of contract and failing do what you guys were suppose to do for things I can't discuss publicly without your sons permission we repoed the car I believe on 8/14/so we were patient with you guys as you drove the car for days without us getting funded from the credit union till finally we couldn't wait any more on you guys ignoring us and not returning our phone callsHowever you came on the 16th of august talked to us and we were nice enough to give you guys another chance and release the car and that's another reason why we are an A+ companyif you are going to put a complaint then you really should write the complete story not just whatever to make the business look badthe way I see it if we haven't gave you the car back and give you another chance then you wouldn't even have a caralso if the car you bought was junk you would've walked away from the car and not claim it after it was repoedso please stop trying to make our company look bad when we are being honest and helpful with youalso you've owned the car for about months now we hope that you have serviced it as most oil changes on older cars are even months or miles maybe even longer depending on the oil you put in it.now even though you publicly put a review that is not 100% accurate we are still able to help you by charging you dealer cost on whatever you want to be fixed however you have to bring the car within days as I can't extended this promise for life.I would like to say that our business practices are good and we don't make money the wrong way nor we want to hurt anyone, we want repeated business and that's keeps us is business as we have been in business for more than years

task I do I am also going to tell you that I did fax the cancelation request myself and I didn't get a response back from the machine that it failed or anything. Anyways I am sorry for any delay but I will get it handled by the 23rd of July. I am not sure what was the date on the form but I will look at everything in few days and get it going for your and make sure your are satisfied. Hello there [redacted] I just read your complaint and I am not very happy that you are calling us liars, unethical, and rip offs.I was involved with you guys from day one since July 25th and we talked about the original deal and we weren't pushy with you guys what so ever you liked the truck and didn't...

want to lose it and you wanted us to hold it till you close on the house and we simply said we can't hold it because we will lose deals on it if you change your mind so you decided to buy it with the condition that we don't pull your credit till you tell us to do so and we did what we promised you. Even though you signed on the truck and deal was finalized we were nice enough to do what you asked us to do and that is you want to switch the truck so I don't appreciate you calling us whatever you are saying. I know that no good deed goes unpunished but if from the beginning we told you can't switch I think it would've been best.Anyways the price of the car was 12995 and I showed you that price online and on ksl. And whatever changes I do to our inventory doesn't update till midnight when our system push over all sold and new stocked cars. So please dont accuse us of doing something I didn't do and I don't appreciate what you are writing it was my mistake that I was nice enough to roll the Sierra deal back and not charge you a penny and here we are now we are the bad guys.We sold you the Explorer for 12999 and we ate the bank fee that the.bank is going to charge us.We are an A+ business on Revdex.com and we make sure we always help our customers. Also just so you know your previous experience with us was great not alright, at least thats what you told me last time we talked. Just because we were unable to drop the price to 11999 doesn't make us bad business you could've easily said you don't want that car and we could've found you something else before you signed.

Hello there [redacted] I am the owner of Murray auto sales and I did hear about your issue from the manager but he told me that he talked to you anyways I looked at your deal and your paperwork first I would like to say that your warranty is active and it was paid for and it is a third party warranty...

so you would have to contact them. Second yo your warranty has a cap of 1500 on it. Third the process for the warranty is simple you call them to file a claim and they send an inspector to check it and then they determine if it is covered or not and fourth I find it difficult to believe that two injectors would cost 8700 as a customer of Murray auto sales I always wanna help especially you bought two cars from us and you did have issue with the other one. Now used cars are used cars and they are all sold as is and we do our best to check them and make sure they are good to be sold we have no way of knowing what might happen in the future as depending on the car and it depends on how it's precious owner treated it and we don't have access to know that information I wish if you brought the truck to us and we could've helped you by fixing it at our shoptions for fraction of the price you paid. I am sorry but my hands are tight and I want to help but I cant pay the 8700 bill. Now what I can offer for you is next time you need to repair either the truck or the Suzuki call and ask for me or you can email me at [redacted]@hotmail.com  and I will help you by getting you a really really big discount on your bill. Again I am sorry for what happened to your truck. I am rejecting this response because:First of all we didn't want to take the truck because we haven't closed on our house yet, the truck actuall sat in my driveway because I did not want to put miles on it while we were waiting to close. You guys were so pushy to take it we sat there for hours explaining to you guys we weren't ready to buy. Once We found our circumstances changed two days later I called Virgil and let him know we needed a 7 passenger vehicle instead and asked if we could exchange it.  He talked to Sam and said yes that would be ok.  Every time I called I offered to bring the truck back so you guys could put it back on your lot to get it sold.  Virgil and Sam kept insisting to hold onto it.  I was willing to go out of my way to bring it back so there wouldn't be an issue and I was still willing to buy a car from you guys. I'm saying you guys are unethical because it's true. I looked at that explore serval times on your website even your full website and the price said $11,995.  My wife even sent me the link of it saying $11,995!!! Then when we were sitting there waiting to sign on it the price magically changed to $12,995.  Seems really convenient! If you want I still have the ad and screen shot saying $11,995 with vin and everything  so you guys covering bank fees seems to have just been added into the extra $1,000 that just magically appeared. When we questioned the price of how much we were financing my wife went back on the website the explorer was $12,995.  I even showed the ad to Sam showing him the price of $11,995. He told that their mobile app messed up. Not really my problem. We were agreeing to $11,995, not a $1,000 over blue book.  Please let me know I will be more than happy to show you the ad.
