I would like to tell you what a great experience that I have had with Earnest McCarty's Body ShopUnfortunately, I have had my truck in there twiceGot rear-ended on Christmas eveMr [redacted] got my vehicle in and out of there in astonishing timeHis office personal were great in helping me deal with the insurance and car rental people and Mr [redacted] was good in keeping me updated on my vehicle.The work that was done to my truck was perfectOnce they finished, it looked like you just drove it off of a new car lotAll of the same goes for the second time that I had to put my truck in the shop for repairsOn a scale of to 10, the body shop definitely gets a I will recommend this body shop to all of my friendsThanks for the great customer service, Keith

I had a yeti style cup that was bought brand new stolen while work was being done hereWas initially told that repairs would take 3-weeks and actually took monthsThey claim that they are not responsible for personal property that their employees steal while they are in care of your vehicle
