Review: Tuesday July 16,2013,I hired [redacted] of Murray's Consulting Management,LLC to do several jobs at my residence in which a contract was written.The agreed upon amount was $8,000(materials and labor-with the exception of the paint,and bathroom sink)in which $4,000 was paid as a down payment.The balance,$4,000.00 was paid at the completion of the job.The jobs were as followed:paint all rooms,(except the garage,office and excercise room),paint and replace crown molding:top and bottom, remove old doors,and paint and replace with new ones,remove old bathroom sink and replace with new one.Using red cedar paint,[redacted] and his crew painted the doors and crown molding under my patio.While doing so, the red cedar paint was splashed on my vinly siding,pool frame and wooden fence.He did make an attempt to remove the paint,in which he was unsuccessful.However,he told me he will purchase paint that matches the vinyl siding and correct the problem.This incident occurred the 3rd-4th week of July:5 months ago.Since that incident,I have been calling and texting [redacted],begging and pleading with him to remedy the problem.He once told me that he will take care of the problem.I continued calling and texting him,which he continued to not respond to my telephone calls and texts.Other damages occurred doing the job.One of his workers broke one of my new windows I purchased from LAS.Also,an old large fabric painting was torn in several parts,when [redacted] or one of his workers remove the painting off the wall and placed on top of other items on the bed:was not told of this-had to discover myself.I paid for the repair of the damaged fabric potrait,when [redacted] told me that the additional crown molding for 2 of the bedrooms is the same amount to repair the damaged fabric.He mailed me a check to repair the broken LAS window,but called to ask if I mailed the check to LAS,because his account was frozen.He told me that"someone"was taking money out of his account.Check bounced-paid cash month later.Desired Settlement: Pay LAS to replace damaged vinyl siding.
