As a patient of MHMC for more than five years, I naturally trusted them with my care when returning from Costa Rica I feared being infected by bed bugs. After being treated by my primary doctor, she suggested that I speak with my dermatologist who unfortunately had just left or was about to leave the office. I logically requested to see the other physician, Dr. Thomas M[redacted]. He refused to see me despite my repeated expressed of concern for my health and insisted the front desk person reiterate this concern to him. Again, he denied medical attention and they suggested that I go to the hospital. It would have been more apt to have suggested finding a competent Doctor as that is the task left before me due to this unacceptable medical experience.
