Integrity of this organization is in question On June th I went to Murray Motors to look at a truck I was quoted a very low below blue book value on my trade in by Jeff C [redacted] sales person so we left the dealer to go to another dealer I was confused because when he gave me the price of the truck outside it was different from the numbers inside they made me feel like they gave me almost of the purchase price of the new truck I decided to look it up on line and it was cheaper on line so we went back to Murray Motors to ask why! I spoke with Brent P***, General Sales Manager and he said they always discount the price on line and we went over the numbers again and he raised my trade in by I told him I may try to sell it outright that I would get back to him He said he had another couple coming in the morning On the way home I immediately decided to go with the deal so I called back to Murray Motors and spoke with Jeff C [redacted] and we went over the numbers again and I told him I will take the deal at 5:pm He asked if I wanted to go with Ford financing He knew I had already got my own financing but I said I would give them a chance for a better rate I asked when I got there can I put tax and tags on a credit card he said yesI said ok what time should I come in he said he was there at I said ok I will be there at am We arrived at 8:on June 29th and Brent P [redacted] said your early We sat there waiting for Jeff C [redacted] for minutes I looked outside and he was showing the truck to someone elseI immediately went to the General Manager Brent P [redacted] and he said I had my chance to buy it yesterday That is when the integrity of this organization went down hill At no time did Jeff C [redacted] ask me for a deposit on the phone I told him I will take the truck at 5:pm yesterday and I had an appointment at todayI already had my financing They sold the truck right under me as I sat in their waiting room The general manager said many people say they are going to come back and don't I said we had an appointment to take the truck at I already had my financing They were the ones pushing me for ford financing with an applicationThey were trying to get a better deal from the second couple after they already made one with meIntegrity of this organization is in question

for the customer in Question I was checking into getting a replacement panel for custmer window which we did not do any of the original work for and was
only trying to help them out I did try contacting the company with which the window was purchased and never got any answer when
calling they are located in a different time zone so they need to be called during the mid afternoon , and I simple forget to take info with me during the day so I apologize for that
I have no contract for any work with this customer and like I said was only trying to help them outI have the paper invoice from the customer with window info
and am returning it to them this afternoon They can try to contact the company on thier own thank you Richard Schumacher

In regards to * complaint I already have an apptset up with * for friday May 9th to inspect his malfuntioning light that he purchased and as far as the cabinet doors I was not aware of any problems with them till this message

have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. 
 
Mr. Schumacher
stated that he is returning our paperwork which we had left with him with regard
to our windows, therefore, I will expect to receive it from him within a
reasonable time.
 
If Mr.
Schumacher had been in touch with us the following week as he said he would with
any news he might possibly have regarding our windows, or if he had replied
to my two emails and follow up phone call (after approximately a month of not
hearing from him) asking him to please return our paperwork if he didn't want
the job - then there wouldn't have been a need to contact the Revdex.com. When a
company has an A+ rating as Mr. Schumacher does, then the company should present
itself professionally and act in a timely manner which Mr. Schumacher failed to
do in our case.    It wasn't until I reluctantly contacted the Revdex.com that we heard any reply from Mr. Schumacher.   A reply to our emails or phone call would have been all that was necessary, along with the return of our paperwork.   This is all we expected.
 
Hopefully we will receive our paperwork soon.
