Complaint:
I am rejecting this response because:My reason for the complaint is because my vehicle was repossessed with the claims I made no payments to Mid AtlanticI was never given the opportunity to prove I did make my payments instead I was called a liar multiple timesI am asking for a refund because as I told MrMurray I have had nothing but problems since the purchase each one I have got fix without complainingFor me to have just paid $and they just come pick it up and not have a valid reason I deserve the money I wasted backI provided the pictures to prove I did make my payments to Mid Atlantic so again what was the reason for it being repossessedI also have another used car from a different lot and I have never had problems like thisHopefully we can get this resolve soon Have a blessed afternoon

I appreciate the photos that Ms*** included with her last response If you would notice in the top left corner of the photos showing her payment history, the payments were made to MidAtlantic, not Murray's Auto Sales If she is requesting a refund for this payment as a means to dissolve this dispute then she will need to take her requests up with themShould MidAtlantic reject this request, the complaint should be against them as well. In regards to requesting a refund from Murray's Auto Sales, the customer signed a sheet saying she acknowledged that all vehicles are sold as is with no warranty, this includes the vehicle she purchased I believe we already included a photo of this documentI understand it can be upsetting having to pay for auto repairs, but I know of no USED car lot that sells vehicles that are not under warranty who will then agree to pay for any and all repairs on that vehicle What a wonderful world it would be if that were the caseHowever, it is not, and the world we do live in is the one where Ms*** signed a document that SPECIFICALLY stated we WOULD NOT be paying for any repairs. In regards to the complaint Ms*** had against Murray's Auto Sales regarding the sell of her vehicle to a third party finance company, Ms*** signed a contract the day she purchased the vehicle stating that we may choose to sell her account at any time I am including two photocopies of this contract If you will look directly below her signature, in BOLD and ITALIC letters, it reads as follows: THE RATES OF THIS CONTRACT ARE NEGOTIABLE THE SELLER MAY ASSIGN OR OTHERWISE SELL THIS CONTRACT AND RECEIVE A DISCOUNT OR OTHER PAYMENT FOR THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE RATE, CHARGES, OR BALANCE. Again on page of the Motor Vehicle Installment Contract, Ms*** initialed at the bottom of the page This page also contains a condition that states as follows:TRANSFER OF RIGHTS: We may transfer this contract to another person That person will then have all our rights, privileges, and remedies. This contract is standard and regulation according to Chapter of the Texas Finance Code Her signature on this document is an indication to all that she has read and is in agreement with all the terms and conditions therein

I am rejecting this response because:I have receipts also bank statements available showing payments were madeI was never notified of when they sold it to the finance company a friend who purchased a car with them notified me of the switch and I contacted mid Atlantic myselfI also was never notified of it being sold back I spoke with someone with mid Atlantic the day before they decided to pick up the vehicleBoth places are unprofessional since December the staff has changed over times and they always happen to misplace paperworkThis is my second vehicle with them in the last year if I had was unable to pay notes the vehicle would have been repossessed

To whom it may concern,I understand Ms *** frustration on the situation I do however have all the signed documents by *** stating she understood this vehicle was sold with no warranty We are a used car dealer and cannot be accountable for work that needs to be done for up
keep on a pre-owned vehicle As far as her note being sold to a Finance company, I also have that document stating by Mid Atlantic Finance she was contacted and made aware of her note being sold Especially, since she has since that time, made a payment TO THEM Once a note misses so many payments or is late/unreachable by the Finance company, We, Murray's Auto are required to BUYBACK the vehicle After day's of no payment and no contact with the customer, the vehicle goes up for repossession We were told by the finance company she had been over days late and once we bought back the vehicle we did a curtesy call and we received no response I also have included a signed letter by Ms *** The "Right of Repossession" and the "Sold As Is, No Warranty" that was included in her contract the day she purchased her vehicle.Thank you,*** ***Operations Manager-Murray's Auto Sales
